Students enroll at will in one or more activity of their choice during a given session. The first session of after-school activities starts in the first week of October. Each session runs for eight weeks. Activity timing is 45 minutes. On school days, activities start at 1:00 p.m. for the KGs and at 2:15 p.m. for grades 1-9. Each activity has a required minimum number of eight students, as well as a maximum number of 20 students. If the numbers enrolled in an activity is inadequate, students are transferred to their second or third preference. The activity coordinator contacts parents to inform them of these changes.
